Artist

Rosa Pinczowski, born in São Paulo, with education degrees in Fine Arts and History at FAAP, rediscovers the ceramic in the 90´s after dedicating herself to drawing, engraving and academic career.

Driven by the creation of pieces with unique design, she developed her own engraving style after years of learning with master level artists like Evandro Carlos Jardim, Amelia Toledo, Ubirajara Ribeiro, Carlos Fajardo and Regina Silveira.

Switching from paper to ceramic, she opens her studio to dedicate herself to the large possibilities such material offers. The main feature of her work is to use an expression that combines contemporary craftsmanship with unique design that is rarely repeated, creating original and exclusive artwork.

Each piece is shaped and engraved by hand, one by one, then burned at high temperature.

RosaPinc´s work has reached the world through exhibitions in Europe and in the United States being acclaimed and recognized by the best designers and architects since part of many of their projects like: Arthur Casas (table lamps at the KAA restaurant, winner of the 2010 Wallpaper Design Award for the world’s Most Beautiful restaurant), Natura cosmetic store in Paris, Shopping Cidade Jardim, among others.

Rosa also develops special projects with partners with exclusive pieces.
